Location accessible. But holy crap was it hard to figure out where to leave the truck or return the keys after hours! There are trucks parked behind the family dollar, I could only see 1 truck behind the gates at Do It Best. By the time I had parked it twice because I couldn't find the keys at Best, I drove and parked behind family dollar. Then found the key drop off back at Best by the giant propane tank on the southern end of the lot.

It was 102 miles from our house or over 2 hours away. The location we'd picked originally was 64 miles away so that was bad enough and there wasn't a closer location. The personnel was amazingly helpful.

George RI'm 75 years old. Why should I have to download another ap just to drop off the truck? I only had the truck for a few hours dropping it off the same day as I picked it up. The location was closed on Sundays. The drop off is an unsecured spot behind a Dollar General. The key box was hard to find. We dropped it off on Sunday and called U-Haul to confirm that we dropped it off. They never contacted the drop off location. I never received an email that I dropped it off. So on Tuesday my wife and I decided to call Horseshoe 2 days after we dropped it off. They hadn't even checked the locked box to pick up the key or paperwork. They then told U-Haul that it was dropped offed on Tuesday at a later time-WRONG! U-Haul then tried to charge us a late fee-WRONG! I was fortunate to speak with a U-Haul customer service rep that knew the situation. "NEVER AGAIN!"
