The truck was clean and in good repair but the customer service was way below average. There was not enough miles provided to get to our destination and back to the uhaul rental. Also the route provided is not the safest rote on the winter.

The staff at Horseshoe Mountain went out of their way to make sure we had all of the supplies we needed for a successful move. They also had the truck ready right away so we could use the day well to load up.

Not a thing at this location.

Make sure that your reservation software is easier to use. The clerk had problems with it.

For being the only Uhaul location in this town, everything was quick and efficient. Ian was great!

The inside of the trailer had broken bars and was missing the rings to attach the tied down ropes to secure the furniture.

Everything at the pick up location was just fine. The clerk that helped me had to try multiple times to complete my reservation. After a couple of phone calls to U-Haul, he was told to cancel my reservation and treat me as a walk-in. That time, everything worked.

Good service. I reserved trailer online in advance. Everything went as planned.

The rental part of the store was a bit difficult to find at first, and the staff was bombarded by lots of people in line for equipment rentals. As a result, the wait for help was a bit long, but it's possible I just caught them on a busy day. Staff was very helpful and friendly!

Check the oil in the moving truck. It was 2 quarts low. Great help from Ian!

OK, took a few extra minutes to run down the checking guy, everything else OK...check in guy said this wasn't the oldest trailer in the fleet it was the first ever trailer in the fleet.

This store needs to have supplies like the rubber keepers for the safety chains. We borrowed from another unit to make it good. No folders for the paperwork were available. These things may seem insignificant but to me they are not.

Service was excellent. Trailer was ready and clean. The reservation, pick up, and return paperwork was a bit confusing. I would have liked to have had someone explain that I wouldn't be charged until I returned the trailer. The initial use of my card was for identification and to insure I would pay for the rental when the trailer was returned. I thought I'd been charged twice.

The place where I needed to return wasn't a U-Haul store and they refused to buy back the extra unopened tie downs. It was a private hardware store and they couldn't resell the U-Haul Tie downs because they had their own brand. Also the mileage had been calculated wrong. They were very, very accommodating and did their best to work with the screw up that originally was calculated by U-Haul Customer Service.
