Key was stuck in the lock box and had to be muscled out. place the key properly in the lock box so that it does not get stuck.
Charlie GWe ordered a 10' truck. The location had 10' trucks but they were under maintenance. We would have preferred going to a location which had 10' trucks available.
David SThe location was easy to get to but had a strange arrangement. The customers had to walk through a fenced parking lot and around to the far end of the building where there was a sold door with no windows. If I didn’t see the sign saying office I would have never guessed it was the office. The door was locked but when I attempted to open it someone inside heard me and opened the door. The person inside was with another customer so he told me where to drop off the car hauler trailer. I dropped off the trailer and when he was finished with the other customer he came outside to check my trailer in to the hand held computer. Even though the facility was strange the dropping off the car hauler trailer was simple and easy. The person that helped us was friendly and professional.
