RICHARD LThe locations were fine. The people were fine & helpful. However I got continuous text & email from corporate that were incorrect. If I had to do business with the corporation I probably would not.
RONALD AInside the cab was filthy. The floor was never cleaned. Mud, dirt all over the mats. The stirring wheel and seats were so dirty, I used an entire pack of hands wipes. And it smell like BO inside the cab. It was the worst truck ever rented from U-Haul. And when I returned the truck, one question was, is the truck ready and clean for the next person, I click no and it was going to charge me $25.00 for cleaning fee. I didn’t do it so I had to re-start the check out so I click it was clean. So stupid.
