Truck was very dirty, had broken glass covering the ramp, looked like the outside had never been cleaned ever. Trucks transmission was working poorly. I was told the dolly and blankets were one cost, i said ok to the charge. However no blankets were in the truck, but the dolly i didn’t need was and I was charged for the dolly I didn't use. The worst part of it all was the app. It took my wife and I over an hour in 100 degree heat to get the truck key. The app never worked, we had to call customer service and they talked were finally able to help. Worst rental expirience ever
