Location was not all that well kept. The U-Haul rep there, I think his name was Charles, seemed relatively new and had to deal with a very difficult customer ahead of me in line. He really seemed to do a good job overall. Since it took so long to take care of that gentleman, Charles expedited our drop off, thank goodness! Bottom line, location building not great, Charles showed a lot of potential.
