CHARLES EWe didn’t use the dolly but when we were loading bumped into and it came untied. Maybe use a stronger tie.
Jessica MOverall uhual is normally a good experience. The original spot I was suppose to return to was closed for 3 hours. I called another location to see if I could drop off. The young man said I could. He moved the uhual for me.
