Anthony SOne of the questions was is the personnel helpful personally there was nobody there when I dropped the vehicle off so I can't really say yes or no and as far as recommending this location to someone like I said there was nobody there at the time that I dropped the vehicle off so I did not get any interaction with any individuals that were at this location so I give it a 50/50 chance that I would recommend this place to somebody.
Brett KI would like to make a formal complaint for Martian Rhoades, that was a very negative experience. He was on a personal phone call the entire time. He then made the reservation for a 15 foot truck to be picked up in New Braunfels. On the morning of pickup he changed it to a 20 foot truck for a different location, Seguin. Finally he called me to leave me a voice message 5 min before pickup saying if I can pick up the truck at the location because there are customers who are willing to pay. The only reason none of this was a disaster was because on the day of pickup, the gentleman, I do not remember his name was able to fix the entire issue caused by Martin Rhoades.
