The entrance stated to turn in was blocked with cones so could not turn in there.. just left the truck with the rest... no real instructions where to leave it... You folks really need to get your shit together...

ARMANDO H.Communication is key. I was not told anything about possibility of having to self check-in upon return, or how to do it. Had to figure out on my own: coming right up on 24 hours, I was injured, plus, it was 100+ degrees. NOT an enjoyable experience. There was a bunch of dirt inside the truck storage area - it took 15 minutes to sweep and clean so we could load our furniture.
