Joseph RThe truck I rented was in a good shape and it drove without any problem. Uhaul app makes it easy to pick up and return the truck.
Andrew KThis was a very bad experience. The truck I rented had 129,000 miles. Upon returning the truck, the Gentleman who rented to me (his name is Nohat) told me the amount totaled $236. My calculation was $150 plus tax. When I asked him how he arrived at his number, he told me that U Haul arrived at that number and it is not his business. When I asked him if he knew the prices of the truck rental he became very belligerent. He insisted I sign for $236. I refused and the situation became heated. I needed to get U haul customer service on the phone (I think her name was Andrea) as Nohat either could not or did not want to. 2 days later, my credit card was charged the correct amount ($168 total). I will never go through this again and will look for alternates to U-Haul in the future. Thank you, Paul Aversano (516) 456-8997
