Customer service was great. Location was also great. I called to extend my usage of the vehicle and informed the customer service rep I would only being using the U-haul for an additional 3 hours and I was told that was ok that I would only be charged for the additional hours. I was charged for a full day. I didn't argue about it because the gentleman was not rude and it wasn't his fault. Next time let me know if I'm going to be charged a full day.
