I ordered pads and dolly but they didn't. However, all of them were charged and the insurance was charged for the amount I had never ordered. I waited for more than 15 minutes because of the late preparation for the truck, and they said 15 -minute return but they over charged . Worst service.

I dropped it off before 5 pm on 1/16 but have a return date at 7:43 am 1/17 that im charged a extra day for. I should be billed by when I had it not when employees log it.

charlotte aTruck was not clean... hairbrush and litter inside... owner of store did not want to allow to leave car there while I used truck.... disgusted with u haul in general...
