I was renting it for the first time and I was not guided on what needs to be done while dropping off. An example of it was that when I picked up the truck I assumed the fuel was full and didn’t notice it as it wasn’t communicated. While returning I filled gas for $100 but had driven the truck for less than 80 kms hence I over fuelled the truck and spent money unnecessarily.

The pick-up location is in an industrial yard of dirt and gravel, with potholes the size of impact craters. It is not easy to find, and they did not have two-thirds of the equipment I prebooked. They did not do a walk-around with me before I left, and the truck's cabin looked like it hadn't been cleaned in some time. Luckily, I took photos before I departed. Also, leaving the yard was treacherous as the size and quantity of the potholes made driving out feel like I was going to damage the bottom of the truck, drive over something that could puncture the tire, or, potentially worse, and I would be responsible.

TRINA MGive them a heads up if the equipment that they reserved isnt available. Luckily i grabbed my truck the night before i needed it because they didnt have the two dollies i reserved that were essential for the move. It was a very stressful 2 hours tracking some down as all the outlets were closing and no one was answering their phones. Stopped by a place near my apartment and they had some. It ended adding time to the drop off which was very inconvenient as i was bound by ferry schedules and almost missed my ferry back after dropping the dollies and the truck off to two different locations. If i would have stuck to my original plan and picked up the morning of my move I would have been screwed. There would have been no time to search for dollies and i definitely woouldnt have gotten loaded in time to meet the ferry l
