The location is great for pickup, and the staff are kind and helpful. My only concern is about customer service. We originally booked a different location in Niagara Falls, but customer service called us and told us they didn’t have any units available there, so our pickup would be moved to Welland. She didn’t seem interested in helping me, so my husband had to call again. That’s when she offered us a bigger truck in Niagara Falls. It was frustrating because we didn’t understand why that option wasn’t offered from the beginning instead of trying to send us 25 minutes away.

GAGANDEEP KAll is Good but you need to give unlimeted milage. When I go to usa and Stay 15 days and i rent a Car they give unlimited milage. Only this other wise all Good Thanks Regards
