I don't think the customer should be required to take photographs of the truck. The U Haul place should do that. U Haul should take the pictures of the customer's driver license.

Blaine DThe manager at this store was great. Very friendly and helpful. Will use her place again. The 26' truck I rented needs to be updated. The truck needs to have arm rests for passengers. Dues to the size of the truck there needs to be rear cameras on the back so you can see the big 18 wheelers coming up from behind. There need to be better and larger cup holders. These trucks need to be brought up to date with modern cars and trucks.
