JOSEPH IStaff were slow, didn’t know what they were doing. The manager, or I’m assuming that’s who she was, sent her very young child out to talk to us at drop off because due to zero instruction about drop off when we picked the truck up, we had no idea where to even leave the truck. The manager came out with a ridiculous attitude about the whole situation while wrestling a small toddler in a diaper only. It was very unprofessional and we will recommend people to avoid using this location at all.
