The office manager on duty was very nice, friendly, and helpful. He got me checked in very quickly !
JOSEPH IStaff were slow, didn’t know what they were doing. The manager, or I’m assuming that’s who she was, sent her very young child out to talk to us at drop off because due to zero instruction about drop off when we picked the truck up, we had no idea where to even leave the truck. The manager came out with a ridiculous attitude about the whole situation while wrestling a small toddler in a diaper only. It was very unprofessional and we will recommend people to avoid using this location at all.
DESTIN SI was over charged on miles and charged 40$ on a tank of gas that was already filled to the exact same spot. The women decided to talk to someone else regarding my reservation
CRYSTAL WI don’t like that I was charged for 1 gallon of gas, it’s not easy to fill the tank to exactly where it was. It’s like they just wanted to charge me for something. If it’s that close within 1 gallon of gas why charge me for it and get a bad review and make me reconsider using U-Haul services again, I’ve always used this company, used many many times. I always do my best to put the fuel level to where it was, I’m pretty sure I’ve never been charged for not putting the fuel back in to the correct level. So because of this I’m going to look at other companies the next time I need a moving truck. Charged for ONE gallon.👎
