John TThe air conditioning went out during the trip. I had to drive 3 hours in 95 degree heat without AC. Those things happen, and I understand that. But it would have been nice to be compensated somehow for that. But I guess that is not U Haul policy. Certainly no compensation was offered, so I figured that was the policy: too bad, if you don't like ot, use Penske or Ryder next time.
