Peter HLuckily I read reviews but never believe what I read until I see it for myself. This is my third rental since turning to this place for my buisness. To be honest, I don't see what some people say they see at this place. The guy that rents the truck just seemed like a serious buisness man. He was straight forward and made sure I knew what uhaul expected of me. The small problems I had as far as blinker or window not working was fixed immediately. I did forget to fuel ⛽️ up twice but the guy let me know that he would have to charge me next time I forgot but kindly put the gas in himself without charging me. The second time he caught it before I left and I went across the street to fuel up so I was greatful for the no charge incidents, when I fact he could of charged me. The trucks are clean but I will say some old ones that look a little dingy are not due to the guy at this location messing them up, its the customers that don't treat the trucks like I do as if it was mine. I have to assume people want thos guy to jump up and down when you rent from him. My wife does the 24 hr share at this place and she said he goes out of his way to get her what she need for her buisness due to her needing diffrent types of trucks from thos location. I only decided to review this place because someone told me after my 2nd rental to be careful and read the reviews. Like I said, a little dirty or a little pebble on the mat of the drivers side makes people think they can use that as an excuse to get a refund. I say that because I belive reviews should be honest and not due to someone being pissed off because they had to put gas back in a truck they used. I would tell people 💯 % that this is my go too place. If your looking for a uhaul to do whatever it is you want, this is the place. If you need to eat off the floorboards and they need to be brand new with the owner giving you 🏆 and a steak dinner for coming to this place then I would advise that this is not that place. I will keep coming because any issue I have gets adress immediately. Thanks. Uhaul renter....
Rej aThey charged me a cleaning fee, even though the car was already dirty. The customer service was terrible; they demanded the receipt proving I had put gas in the car. I told them the tank was full—they just had to look—but they insisted they needed the receipt and said they would charge me to fill the tank. I was fed up with being embarrassed in front of other people, so I just said, "Fine. I'll pay—I just need to get out of here."
