They charged me a cleaning fee, even though the car was already dirty. The customer service was terrible; they demanded the receipt proving I had put gas in the car. I told them the tank was full—they just had to look—but they insisted they needed the receipt and said they would charge me to fill the tank. I was fed up with being embarrassed in front of other people, so I just said, "Fine. I'll pay—I just need to get out of here."

hard to park the truck as spaces are extremely tight and area is disorganized
