Everything was going fine until the system went down, and I was stuck waiting an hour for it to come back up. That’s completely unacceptable. U-Haul needs to seriously improve its software reliability—especially since the phone agents admitted this is a common issue, particularly during peak times. Situations like this turn what should be a simple process into a frustrating and time-consuming experience.
