My vehicle needed sweeping out and the passenger side seat belt alarm kept going off for no apparent reasons. I still love using Uhaul.

The truck was not there when I arrived. I had to wait on hold with customer service to get another truck. The process took over an hour. There was no gas in the truck when I got it and I was charged for gas when I returned it. Iv used U-Haul for years and never experienced anything like it before
ABAGAIL FMy dislike is more with the reservation. I chose a place near my home but when confirmed the pick up was 2 cities over so of the 38 miles i used 26 were pickup and return of the truck.
Maxwell SI really didn't have any contact with the person other than just dropping the vehicle off but she was pleasant but you haul itself I will never use again because the customer service and renting the truck was absolutely horrible
