have an option for customer getting a printed receipt and secondly when busier than normal UHaul person might ask if customer minds waiting versus dismissing customer and billing to the Card originally used when renting (I was going to use a different card @ Turn-In of vehicle time, but Employee was busy.).

First I would like to start by say this was one of the worst experiences of my life very difficult and took way to long not to mention that the Supervisor was not nice to approach second he was very rude to me and not very understanding to my situation. I had made my reservations on line once I went into to pick up my 10' they had nun available I had to op into a 9' cargo van keep telling me that I had to pay for this and that that I had to get the insurance on the van even when I told him I didn't want to it was a very stressful experience that I would never want to experience every again



I was overcharged by $815 and I am still waiting to get my money back. It might have been a "simple mistake" but they are not supposed to make mistakes. I was not given a receipt after I returned the rental. Overall poor customer service.

I was supposed to pick my trailer up in Natick, which was confirmed the night before. When I got there they said they didn't have it and after a considerable amount of time finding a location, I had to go to Norwood... 40 minutes away... then, at the pick up location there was only one person, who did the paperwork, then got the equipment, then back for the next customer, very inefficient and slow!

I arrived at 7:55 to pick up a reserved truck. I didn't drive off the lot until 8:50. There was only one employee working. One customer ahead of me. My entire checkout took 5 minutes. The rest of the time I was waiting on employee taking care of customer ahead of me. I made it just in time for my movers. My experience at this uhaul made my moving experience more stressful than it needed to be. Disappointed.

Affter the rental issues including the additional cost of the under-filled gas tank, i was charged pennies for driving less than a mile overnthe alloted. After a great experience last week, this week was horrible.



The employees were attentive, helpful, and quickly got me in and out both during pick-up and return. I will be back the next time I need a van. Thank you!

A 25 minute wait to pick up a reserved rental is out of bounds... staffing -- its not an overhead expense, its a "how business gets done" expense. Staff the facility properly and you'll require more staff... continue to overwork the poor [kinda dumb] dude at the counter, and you'll find your level of business declines to the point where you'll be properly staffed.

Truck came with dirty windows and no windshield fluid to clean them. Front end alignment was way off; had to fight the truck to keep it from wandering off the road. No reverse warning beeps. As in inexperienced truck driver, I would want everyone to know I am backing up.

You botched my reservation, which was for a larger truck in another city. This location gave me a trailer with no jack or chop blocks so I had to lift it off the ground by hand and find rocks to stop it from rolling away. Why give me incomplete im equipment?? Also, you charged me for the 10 miles I "went over" even though the new location was 10 miles further from my original pickup location. Terrible experience all around.

The truck was not available when I got there. After an hour the manager did work it out and gave me something they had however it needed to be returned the same day, not to my original reservation of 24 hrs and also the truck was old, in poor condition (roof leaked, water in the truck which they did clean up). A hole in the back of the truck made it dangerous, ABS light was on the whole time. Bottom line just because you have a reservation it doesn't mean you'll get your truck. It's like the airline industry, they oversell their equipment.



Uhaul deleted our profile, which we had for years & had only not used for a handful of months (maybe 4 months)(I had a profile because I rented trucks and had a Uhaul storage space for years). I was picking up the rental after the office was closed. I spent all afternoon, on a weekday, trying to sort this out to no avail. I had to sign up for a new account using the exact same email I always used with uhaul. After doing this, the account would not connect with my existing order (Uhaul could do nothing about this). The only way to connect my order with my account was to cancel & reorder a vehicle. I had an appointment I needed to get to - so after too many hours on the phone with Uhaul, there was no time left to cancel the order, reorder a vehicle, and connect with the manager of the location to sync the vehicle he had already set up per the original order with the new order. When I got to the Uhaul location, my order number was not adequate to follow the Uhaul prompts that would tell me which vehicle was mine. & since the order was not synced with my account, it looked like I was screwed. Fortunately the manager was still on premises working after closing and was able to sort out a vehicle. This was a HORRIBLE experience. Even writing this is giving me a headache. Moving is hard enough without losing a weekday afternoon setting up a rental with 5 different people who could hardly help me with the problems connected to this order, then only by sheer luck being able to actually get the vehicle. Uhaul really needs to work on their IT department.
