Battery had corrosion all over it cost me a whole day!!! Waited from 2-5 for road side assistance and the help I had left so I didn’t get a chance to move my heavy stuff out of storage !! I had to be out by Sunday now I’m paying for a whole extra month !! Then he mislead my family three different times and charged the wrong credit card for the U-Haul !!! I will not return to his location to rent a U-Haul in the future!!!!!

STEPHANIE BTo be fair: the gentleman working was super kind and helpful. The location is worn down and needs love. It’s a bit intimidating pulling up. The trailer was great but filthy. We hd to wash it before our trip.
Eric RDespite making a reservation more than two weeks before for a specific truck size and type, I received a call on the day of the appointment that the truck I reserved was not available. The person said that if I wanted the 15 feet truck I had to travel to Stockton to pick it up (45 minute drive). The customer service at this location is mediocre at best without any regard to customer requests and reservations.
