When I dropped off the truck at the location at 1:00 PM on Saturday, it was closed. Fortunately, the app was working and I was able to use it to turn in the truck. The return part was easy to follow on the app, especially the step by step instructions that allowed for pictures to be downloaded.

First off we reserved a cargo van and it's not true to size. There's no connection at the location so good luck trying to do a mobile pick up because the app not the website will load. Also it was put in the notes that we were coming back the next morning due to complications and the guy still sold our van to someone else forcing us to get a box truck last minute which is more expensive. Will never come here again
