Initially I was disappointed with U-Haul as I thought I was getting to pick up my truck from my Storelocal Brentwood storage, but then the reservation was changed to Oakley. But overall the Service was good and the move went well.

Dean MTrailer had terrible vibration, I ended up not towing my vehicle back home. Tire was replaced and vibration still persisted. Customer service was unable to help me out as this was a neighborhood dealer rental. I am pretty unsatisfied with this overall experience and would not recommend uhaul to others due to my hands being tied to making sure this poorly maintained equipment made it back to its home location over 7 hours of driving away.
