Got a one way truck. Entire order said pick up one way at 11, drop it off down where I was moving. At 3pm without me knowing, someone changed my receipt that my truck was to go back to where I got it from. Nobody told me. I dropped it off next day at 11am and filled up gas all the way cause I’m the type of person to take care of someone if they help me out, just for them to tell me I couldn’t drop it off cause they changed my order and the drop off location didn’t do anything to help me or contact the place I picked it up from. I spend 2 hours on calls and holds for them to finally tell me to leave the keys. Terrible moving experience.

MARIANA SThe prices advertised are false. I paid a lot more than I was expecting. The person who handled my uhaul resorvation had absolutely no information about the charges or anything related to the process. If you dont have a couple hundred to drop on this dont do it. Terrible experience.
