Originally, I planned to pick up from UHaul instead of an authorized vendor. But this site had the truck size I needed. When I arrived I was told it was self-service, which was fine, except no one on site knew how to walk me through the self-service process. I had planned to deal with someone at a desk. Couldn’t verify my location through a web browser so had to download the app. It kept kicking me out. No one on site knew how to troubleshoot. They gave me the keys and just let me drive away. Then got a message from UHaul saying it had never been dispatched and had to call them and sort it out. Drop off had similar issues. I was afraid UHaul was going to call and tell me that I hadn’t returned the truck. They must have at least documented its return since I did receive my final statement the next day.

Daniel BYour customer service people at that location. The women who "helped" me seemed very much in a rush and uninterested in doing her job. She sent me on my way with the truck without having completed any of the necessary steps beforehand. I had to call customer service to help me with multiple issues and being overcharged was one of them.
