When I opened the back of the truck there were moving blankets thrown all over towards the front of the truck. Now this was my first time getting a U-Haul but I did not order any moving blankets. I was confused but when I went to return the truck it asked if I broke the green seal on the moving blanket box. I was also prompted to take a picture of the inside of the truck bed/box when I was returning the truck. Why was I not prompted to take a picture of the inside of the truck box when I picked it up? Through the site I went, there is some dishonesty going on. There were moving blankets all over and I was not informed about any moving blankets that were suppose to be n the truck. A lack of transparency.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkScheduled to pick up at 10:00am. No one was there. Building was locked. Ran into a worker in a nearby building and he told me they went to “lunch” at 10:00am. Luckily after 10 minutes he was able to help me.
Brad HThe truck had a serious water leak and my wife was getting wet while sitting in the passenger seat
steven bthe trucks c quit working. The people there were helpful. But trying to get the key for the truck was a nightmare.
Jeff JOriginally, I planned to pick up from UHaul instead of an authorized vendor. But this site had the truck size I needed. When I arrived I was told it was self-service, which was fine, except no one on site knew how to walk me through the self-service process. I had planned to deal with someone at a desk. Couldn’t verify my location through a web browser so had to download the app. It kept kicking me out. No one on site knew how to troubleshoot. They gave me the keys and just let me drive away. Then got a message from UHaul saying it had never been dispatched and had to call them and sort it out. Drop off had similar issues. I was afraid UHaul was going to call and tell me that I hadn’t returned the truck. They must have at least documented its return since I did receive my final statement the next day.
