The owner of this location was very rude and borderline mean. He was so awful I was very nervous to have to return when dropping the trailer off. My husband was going to be scheduling his inspection there however after our experience this past weekend we will never do business with him again. We rent trailers a lot for our Schools Winterguard however if we are ever told we have to pick up at this location again we will be cancelling. Shame on you, Junior Peters.

Woman at desk was curt and rude. Although the gentleman that unhooked the trailer for us was very nice, curious and helpful. The front worker acted like we were an inconvenience threatening to charge us extra for the trailer unhook up and for bringing the trailer in late. We had arrived an hr prior to or appointment and no one was there said they opened up at 4 so we left a message on the answering machine stating we were going to eat and would be back between 5-5:30. We were back at 5. Won’t go there again.

Dale AEntered store and went to counter. No one was attending. Mechanic was working on a vehicle. I said hi could I get some uhaul keys. He replied by yelling “I already told you she is taking the dogs out of the house and will be right back in 5 minutes, why you coming in here and telling me how to run my business like you are the owner.” I was stunned. There was another lady outside who looked like she was waiting so I assumed he thought I was her. I said “excuse me, this is the first time you are talking to me”. He looked up and around the police car in the shop and saw my face and looked shocked. Instead of apologizing he continued yelling “you come in here and tell me how to run this like you own it, she will be in to take care of you.” I said “ok”. He then continued talking normally to himself “these women come in here like the own the place and she can… “ I walked outside I do not need to listen to this. I walked to the front of the building so I could look to the back side where my husband was getting the snow off the truck. This mechanic comes out yelling “don’t you even go to my house, that is a private residence.” I again look at him confused, I was not near his house nor was I even looking at it. I asked him “what is your problem? Why are you treating me like a dick?” He went into his house and got the lady. She helped me while yelling at the mechanic to be professional cause he kept yelling and complaining. No thank you. Never going there again. If you are in customer service and can’t answer a simple hi can I have the uhaul keys. Then you need to not be serving uhauls.
