Nathan OTerrible experience with having to drive out of my to pick up and drop off truck. I found out 2 hours before my pick up time that the location had changed and because it was farther away I got billed for more mileage. That’s not right and not fair. I thought I would have been compensated some mileage because it was the company that changed my location, not me. Very frustrated
