I met 1 owner when I picked up the truck. She was very helpful completing the online reservation. Clearly, she had done that many times and was very proficient! When I dropped the truck off, I met the other owner. He was also was nice and worked quickly to close out the paperwork with the first lady I met when I picked up the truck. They worked well together as a team.
