I found the cost was higher than expected. Perhaps a clearer and obvious statement on the website of all the costs that one will be charged in a rental might be appropriate.

Robert BI didn’t have any issues with the location. The pick-up and drop-off process was smooth, but the condition of the vehicle was very poor. The driver-side seat belt was not functioning, the windshield washer fluid was empty, and the wiper blades were in terrible condition. Especially during the winter, this caused significant difficulty and made driving very challenging.
