How U-Haul Reviews WorkVery difficult to locate- no one at site
Thomas CWorst customer experience of my life! There are NO U-Haul employees here and you must use the very customer unfriendly U-Haul phone app to get the code to open the lock box for the key to the truck. I wasted 90 minutes of my day trying to download the app, turn on location services and getting the key. VERY disappointed and frustrating experience!
MARK RVery nice!
Tyler DNothing to do with the location. The U-Haul app was not working as it should, took an hour to get the truck dispatched.
