While I admit,I should have documented the state of the truck before driving off, there was no effort on the service reps part to verify the milage or fuel tank level, when the truck was given to me. The fuel level in the system was half, when in reality, I got only a quarter. But worse was that the truck milage was not accurate which cost me a lot more than my original estimated cost. I ended up paying double from my estimated cost. And that does not include the cost of gas I had to also cover.
