YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO SEND THE CUSTOMER TO THE CORRECT PICK UP LOCATION! I HAD TO FOLLOW YOUR REP. TO ANOTHER LOCATION TO PICK UP THE TRUCK! IT WASTED TIME AND EFFORT ON MY PART!
PAUL TTerrence was resourceful to get my 24 packing blankets from another UHaul dealer nearby. This dealer is almost in the city of Philadelphia so anyone renting from this location needs to be okay with inner city driving and heavy traffic. The guys at the location are nice and helpful.
