The worst customer service I've ever had. The person who assisted me was very rude and has no idea what he's doing. I will never rent from this place anymore. Please give him customer service training that way he can assist customers better.

MOHAMED W.There were hidden fees that were not explained to me that I received on my U-Haul receipt for after hours service and CDW Coverage. Both drove up the price significantly beyond what I assumed I would have to pay based on the initial rental reservation summary. I will not be using this location again.
