The UHaul smelled like stale cigarette smoke, but I didn't have time to make it an issue when I picked up the van. When I pointed it out to the UHaul employee upon my return, he seemed confused as to why I was bringing it up, then asked if I had been smoking in the van. Really sub-par customer service!
