Tope TPricing scheme not honest on the website. Was charged an hourly rate rather than the flat fee for in town moves. Was told "too bad" its high season. Nowhere on my reservation did it indicate a price difference for a different time of year. On top of this the truck was filthy. We won't be using uhaul again in the future.
Victor DWe rented a van but got to location and no vans available : the van was at a different dealer ! We shouldn’t be charged for the cube truck we had to take but for the van we had rented- Location for pick up was changed Inside of back box very dirty floor … had to broom dust and wood chips before loading Way too big for our need and problems parking the vehicle on street or when having to go out for dinner- People at rental were very nice but had to rework renting agreement because vehicle rented was not available : way too long to pick up!
