I wasn’t told I had to return the truck to the location I got it from, only that if I needed it two days, she hoped I could have it back at the shop by closing of day two. I finished my move in 13 hours, one trip, then tried to return it to my towns’ U-Haul outlet. They informed me I had to return it or face an additional $80 charge, and I would be charged for the mileage and gas used to return it! What kind of scam is that!? They said it was “in my contract” which didn’t arrive in my email until the next morning! I’m so livid over this experience I had to wait this long to rate you just so I didn’t say anything I would regret later. Very disappointed in your service, and I will be rating online, as well as telling my experience in my blog, all social media platforms, and to anyone I know. This was wrong, and just bad business

AUSTIN HDen Mar Automotive Pickup site was fine and on point. The U-Haul self-return app is a bit clumsy for the average user with a smart phone. I experienced several billing problems when using this app, but in the end, U-Haul made all the correct changes and billed me exactly what it then should have been. I would definitely recommend Den Mar Automotive for a pickup location and U-Haul for moving anything that you might need a box truck for. Thank you! :)
