Although not entirely the facilities fault but the truck we rented had NO gas cause it was siphoned previously. Also, I felt the customer service was okay at best. The women was nice and disclosed the no gas to me. Nothing else was offered. Also, our move should've been an in town move rate, but was price as a 1 way making it cost nearly 4 times what we could have paid for an in town. My fault for not questioning I guess. The location did not make me feel safe at all and the truck was scary to drive, mostly because the other trucks in the lot had parts removed so who knows if the truck I drove was even going to make it across town.
Nica M.Not helpful. What kind of storage place has stairs! The whole point of storing stuff was to avoid having to move it up and down the stairs at the apartment. Big waste of time and money since the overage in mileage was from trying to find the place!
