Check in took over 25 minutes. Employee had. No idea how to handle the reservation and literally had to keep calling manager to wake him so he could FaceTime and have them walk him through it. Same experience at return. Different employee had no idea what to do and made me wait for the original employee who had no idea what to do. It was a painful experience. Horrible experience. Will never rent there again.
