MICAHEL KNo improvements. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! The entire team from all the phone calls, communications, etc. Everyone was extremely helpful. They made this move easy. When I went to pick up the trailer, I did not have a ball hitch or the electronical connector (thought they came with rental) and the Gentleman at the Pomerado Rd pickup helped me out, I bought the items I needed and it all worked out. He was super friendly and said not to worry, some people forget to have these things on their trucks, vehicles. Could not have been any nicer. The kind of person you just want to hang out with on talk old stories with.
