Not the greatest attitude there. Filled up the tank per directions, got charged an extra $13.50 anyway. After a day of moving, I was too tired to argue. After she called me about the wrong truck, hung up on me in mid sentence after she realized her mistake.

The location was, I suppose, ok as I didn't pick up or return the truck. However, I was told it was .69 a mile on Fridays and .99 on weekends. I got charge .99 a mile on Friday. I feel I was grossly overcharged. Will never use UHaul again.

order number 23745448, we rented for three days. paid $156.04. uhaul broke down with in 2 hours, went an rented another uhaul. did not get money from original uhaul back.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UHAUL. All representatives said that UHaul oversold reservations by 6%. You caused us great additional expense, loss of help and major issues. TERRIBLE service. We were told you do this every year in Lewisburg.

You need to keep a record on the tires on each piece of equipment . You also need to gauge all tires . My trip, a tire blew out , uhaul service man replace the tire with a new tire , had him to gauge the other 3 tires . One tire had 50 lbs of air , the other 2 tires had 40 lbs of air . You need to gauge your tires .
