How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis place is top-notch! From the people in the office & who booked the trick w/getting supplies for moving & then extending the rental for us…it was smooth & easy!!! Great place to work with!
RHONDA HThe process when we were checking out took the longest but it was smooth overall
Angel DThis location notified me upon arriving that the truck had 8 miles of gas remaining until it was empty and that I was going to receive a gas credit on my account. While I appreciate this ‘credit’, the sheer fact that I had to worry about whether I could really trust 8 miles left in the tank felt unprofessional and concerning. In addition, this location did not check the truck properly. AFTER, filling the tank with gas, I noticed that a tire on the truck was at 8psi. I had to immediately work with Roadside Service. They were helpful and professional. However, this could have been absolutely avoided if this site had done a proper check of the truck before releasing it. This facility would have been aware of the low tire pressure, because after taking my initial photos of the odometer, I later saw that the tire pressure was presenting as a problem then. However, the warning that I had only 8 miles left of gas was the more dominant indication. I do not recommend this location.
HEATHER CThe truck was not swept out, there was dirt all over the floor of the box
