HAELEY NThe location appears to be in a mobile data dead zone. I am on Verizon and typically get very good service around town, however attempting to use the mobile return was a nightmare. Both the website and the app would time out on loading. I was at one point able to upload photos, but then it timed out. Customer service was helpful, but the app experience was dreadful due to the network issues.
