The location appears to be in a mobile data dead zone. I am on Verizon and typically get very good service around town, however attempting to use the mobile return was a nightmare. Both the website and the app would time out on loading. I was at one point able to upload photos, but then it timed out. Customer service was helpful, but the app experience was dreadful due to the network issues.

Matthew MIt would have been better if we had the truck available for us when we went to pick it up … we had no truck and had to go to another city to get one. This was the worst experience. And I have been charged four times on my credit card for this one rental. Worst experience I have ever had.
