This location notified me upon arriving that the truck had 8 miles of gas remaining until it was empty and that I was going to receive a gas credit on my account. While I appreciate this ‘credit’, the sheer fact that I had to worry about whether I could really trust 8 miles left in the tank felt unprofessional and concerning. In addition, this location did not check the truck properly. AFTER, filling the tank with gas, I noticed that a tire on the truck was at 8psi. I had to immediately work with Roadside Service. They were helpful and professional. However, this could have been absolutely avoided if this site had done a proper check of the truck before releasing it. This facility would have been aware of the low tire pressure, because after taking my initial photos of the odometer, I later saw that the tire pressure was presenting as a problem then. However, the warning that I had only 8 miles left of gas was the more dominant indication. I do not recommend this location.

The truck was not swept out, there was dirt all over the floor of the box
tyler TU-haul has always been great to me and this was no exception. The staff at C & S Mini Storage were so friendly and helpful! I had such a smooth experience and would enjoy using them again for uhaul or storage needs with no hesitation!
Carla CThere is no one available to interact with. Scan a QR code, figure out how to log in to a uhaul acct, than go find somewhere to position the equipment, and take photos. Then you leave, hoping not to be changed for anything extra or accused of damage.
Brian CHave more people working behind the counter in days when you know there will be a surge of customers. Two is clearly not enough.
