HEATHER JThe saving grace in my experience was the U- Haul front desk person on pickup who contacted Jeremy the District Manager both of whom were amazing to work with. The truck had not been swept in the cab or in the box prior to my utilization. BUT they will "make it right" so I would recommend them based off of these indivuals
DAVID LAgain was complained at, like I was a hassel and she refused to help me sort out any issues or even check in the equipment. Refused to issue my deposit back to me claiming they didn't have cash on hand even though its a motel/liquor store
