Though I know that this may not be the locations problem, the truck that was left on the premises was completely out of gas and there was no dolly left for me in the truck.

David BThe first place I rented from.....the guy didn't come in to work. I quickly called another location to see if they had one...i got dumped to the national hotline and they couldn't check a specific place. I had to go with their suggestion. That place was closed, but i could use the app. The app was a nightmare (never prompted me to check gas or mileage before driving away....all the pictures I took when I returned it, didn't ask when I checked out).
