Staff especially the young lady were all very very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend renting from them. And I will in the future if needed.

They were out of the size I was looking for and the only other option was a larger size at quite a hefty price tag. I did not want to pay that much but had to due to time constraints on the project. I believe that if the size is not available you should give a larger size at the same price.

The pick up location itself was fine. The area was clean and the staff was professional and polite. However, the location was considerably out of my way and somewhat hard to find. The location would not have worked with my moving needs if not for the staffs willingness to let me pick up the equipment much earlier than originally planned.

When we arrived, the employee at the facility did not know how to hook up the trailer to the vehicle. We knew how to do this ourselves, but in the event of an inexperienced driver who has not towed a trailer before, this would present a problem. We also informed the facility that we had a 6-pin electrical hookup on the vehicle, but when we arrived the trailer was equipped with a 4-pin, and the facility did not provide an adapter. While the employee helped us in finding a nearby facility that carried this adapter, this information was provided to the facility prior to pick up and should not have been an issue. Upon initial inspection of the trailer, one of the four tires was flat. When we informed the employee of this, she had to place several, extended phone calls to other employees to find out where the air compressor was, how to turn it on, where to find the correct end in order to fill a tire, and where to find a tire gauge (She did not know what a tire gauge looked like/how to use it) and I am not confidant that she would have known how to fill a tire/check for the correct PSI level. Once the air compressor was found, we turned it on ourselves, found the correct end in a pile of tools ourselves, filled the tire ourselves, and found and used the tire gauge ourselves while the employee was on the phone with other employees attempting to locate/use these materials. We filled the tire ourselves, hoping that it just needed air and was not a leak. However, when the employee was on the phone with another employee, I specifically heard her state "The tire is flat, AGAIN". After this statement, I made a note to remember this to report to U-Haul. My question is, WHY are you renting out a trailer with a consistently flat tire? Once we hooked up the trailer and filled the tire, we then proceeded to a nearby automotive store (which the employee helped us find), and had to purchase the correct adapter in order for the lights on the trailer to work correctly. Overall, the experience of picking and hooking up this trailer was very poor. The employee was short with us and had NO idea what she was doing when it came to the actual equipment. I would suggest that all employees renting out trailers should be trained on the equipment and how to use it. I realize that problems arise, but this experience did not provide us with quality service.

They gave us someone else's truck and contract and charged us for it. Called me back an hour later and told me they charged me the wrong amount. So they told me they would refund me within 72 business hours. Then after that charged me another 450 that I really didn't have in my acct at the time. Overall horrible travel experience-picking up and dropping off the truck and trailer. Probably will look into other options next time I move

Make reservation pick up closer to starting address. I had to drive 15 miles to pick up my uhaul when I have 3 locations at my starting address.

Every thing went smooth. Keep up the good work.

My appointment was on a Sunday but the place isn't open on Sundays. Aside from that the uhaul I had reserved a week previously had been rented that morning and only by luck did they bring it back early. It was a huge cluster and took over an hour to rent the uhaul. Clearly there was a great deal of incompetence.

Upon returning the equipment the men in the office were rude. They stated they had nothing to do with U-haul. They ignored us and were rude. I like U haul products but would not give that location my business ever again. The trailer was perfect however.

you have the green dial to show mpg but unless I was only going 30mph it stayed in the red. How about desiel? Do you have a deal with the gas companies? The fuel consumption would qualify you for cash for clunkers. What about biofuel? It cost me almost as much in fuel as it did to rent the truck. The folks I dealt with were great but the truck just used too much gas.
