When I booked the drop off it said it was closed and made me book another day. I should have been able to be refunded for returning the vehicle a day early. I don't believe it was at fault of anyone where I returned the vehicle. That is a corporate issue that should be fixed.

JULIE S.The truck was very dirty inside the cab, and the box had a lot of dirt, and drywall pieces in it. I had to sweep it out before putting items in it. The truck only had 1/8 of a tank of gas in it, and I was credit $31 for that. Location didn't have a furniture dolly, said they noted the contract that should be refunded. Rented a dozen furniture pads, and upon starting to pack the truck found that there were only 10. Called location and left a message with someone, but have not heard back at all. Pick up location was also 30 minutes out of the way, adding an hour drive time just get the truck.
