Staff was very rude and disrespectful to my brother at the time of drop off. I've heard several bad things about the staff there and now I see why. I will make sure if I have to ever drop off again in the Ruston area it want be at that location.

ROLAND TAudio Concepts was easy to check in/out of. Uhaul is terrible to deal with but the vendors are fine. Try to book through a vendor instead of the app.
RYAN MI answered no to location clean and inviting and personnel helpful because there was no option for not applicable. Building wasn’t open and I did the drop off via the app.
