Overall cleanliness and maintenance of vehicle's. Had to put two quarts of oil in a truck which was empty of oil, just to preform my move 😟

The drop off location was supposed to be open until 2pm. I arrived at 1:30 and they were closed. I was thankful for the self checkout through the app.
DAVID YFor some reason my reservation was moved to this location. The pick up time was moved to 4:30 pm but even the rental location said that they did not know why they said 4:30 pm since they close at 2 pm and had I not show up by 2 I would have not been able to pick up the trailer. This is the kind of thing that could have led to a disaster since they would have been closed the next two days.
