We dropped off after hours so we didn't deal with any personnel
SHELLY ZI was charged $25 for them to hook up the car transport. I was first told they didn’t do hookups, then I was told they didn’t have time, then ultimately told it would cost $25. I was given a receipt because I asked for one, and it was written on a Xerox copy of a blank receipt. He didn’t make a copy of it, leaving them no record of the transaction. I do feel like I was treated poorly based on the fact that I am a black woman. I would not recommend this place because the service was poor.
