Educate the manager and employees of this location on how to process a reservation. The website says their location is open on Sundays 8-8pm but when I arrived at 5:00pm to pick up the trailer I reserved on the UHaul website, there was no one there to complete the transactions. They didn't even know what I was there for and told me that I had to do it all online. Thankfully, I was able to contact customer service and they found someone that called me back and took the remaining information over the phone. When I returned the trailer the next day, I got the same "I don't know anything about this" answer from the person behind the desk at Amerivu Inn & Suites.
Nadine DI was not sure how the U-Haul worked. He looked at my pH. He thought I was all caked in as well he gave me the key. I get a call he told me he was going to call the cops.i didn't ck in online. Etc..... I have had the worst experience with U-Haul this time around. I use you guys a lot.
JoAnn HNo one around to help reserve a truck and the website and app were not working. Finally after an hour I got the truck and the inside was pretty disgusting.
Taylor MPick up was fine the truck was fine, we dropped the uhaul off gave the keys to the worker. And then 2 days later got an email saying the uhaul was never dropped off. And they wanted to charge me almost $300. I used the truck for one trip. 15 miles. Will never get another uhaul again.
