Truck was reserved at 7am. I was informed to wait the night before for an email containing the code for the lockbox for the keys of the truck. No email was ever received, had to wait until 9:30 to have a truck. The indifference from the couple that conducts business here is deplorable. They satisfy themselves by saying they've done their part but take no steps proactivily to avoid this happening again. The man is agressive in tone and expects one to be jolly after waiting for 1.5hrs and complains about one's attitude of displeaement. They offered to have the truck returned at 9:30pm (1.5hrs after the original return time to compensate). I told them it makes no difference because I have someone that came over to help me out and I've had to ask him to wait and cant ask him to leave 1.5hrs later. Part of your policy offers 50$ for non respected reservations. I inquired about it at this uhaul location and was told u-haul head office will honor it.

Alain MI was afraid after reading all the reviews from Facebook and Google, but other than having to drop the rental in the yard alone, no rental check or gas check. At the end, nothing was charged other than what was discussed.
