luc sThe U-Haul app was not working when I was asked to upload a scan / picture of my driver’s license. The U-Haul app would not let me upload a picture of the mileage because I had “uploaded too many pictures” and was not able to proceed because I could not upload the mileage photo, The U-Haul app gave me the wrong truck ID and I needed to get help from the location’s staff; all resulting in me being over an hour late, I am very dissatisfied with the U-Haul app performance.
