How U-Haul Reviews WorkConcept CF changed upgraded the truck (15 ft to 20) the day before the location and charge me the 20 ft fee. the gas gauge was faulty (?), it indicated full but I filled up with 40$ of gas after only driving 24 km, 15 miles. I contacted the regional office to complain , I received excellent service from Sabrina, Simon-Philippe Maes and Joe Gagliano. I was refunded accordingly to my complaint. I certainly won't go back to this rental location, but I will recommend U-Haul to friends and family if that's the best option. Regards

Frédéric Lvery long process to get the keys, was told over the phone 1$/km was charged 1.19$. Late charge for 30mins and cleaning charge that I feel wasn’t warranted. We returned the tank full instead of 3/4… they could have waved one of the extra fees…
