Why are we being charged $25 for a truck cleaning fee? That’s a very good question, don’t you think? And why are we being charged an environmental fee? That seems rather questionable as well. Also, if I only drove 10 km, why am I being charged for 15 km? Don’t you think that’s a bit excessive?
