In person rental is a must. The online reservation system and process is always flawed. They never have what you rent or need at your desired location. At least in person, you get face to face confirmation and assurance. This was my second rental, which required an in person rental as the online was unable to accommodate my needs a week in advance.
JASON BWhile the truck was clean inside and out, i put 9 gallons of fuel in it after my trip. i only went 62 miles. That's less than 7 mpg. Also, it could just be me, but if the truck was mine, i would have the front suspension checked out. The ride was bumpy and noisy.
